Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.3% for Silver, 0.5% for Gold, 0.6% for Platinum and 0.8% for Diamond, calculated on weekly net losses. The decision to award cashback is entirely at 11223 baji's discretion.

5.1 Placing and Cancelling Bets

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a faulty bet is accepted due to a technical error or incorrect odds, 11223 baji reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet. The original stake for a cancelled bet will be returned to the account.

5.2 Cancelled or Postponed Matches

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or concluded before the scheduled time, the outcome of the associated bet will be determined in accordance with 11223 baji's applicable rules for that sport. If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, that selection's odds will be set to 1.00 and the remaining selections calculated accordingly.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, server error or other technical problem, 11223 baji will handle the situation to the best of its ability; however, the user is responsible for any loss due to their internet connection. Server logs will be considered the final record.

5.4 Manipulation and Fraud
